Small Group Training offers you a fun, relaxed setting to get in 60 minutes of strength and cardio training.  Enjoy the relaxed private setting of the
 studio and be pushed past your limits to be the best you possible.

Monday:  P90X

Tuesday:  KettleWorX

Wednesday:  Insanity

Thursday:  Drenched

Friday:  Core & Stretch

*Sessions are valid for and expire at the end of 30 days.*
