The high-intensity hour long journey will push participants to their limits and unleash their inner Spartan by increasing strength, endurance, and athleticism through a combination of resistance training, bodyweight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio-focused drills. With the help of the Spartan Pancake, a weight-based circular sandbag, the class will leave participants feeling invigorated, empowered, and better prepared to battle the trying tasks of daily life. Participants will also be tested with periodic fitness challenges to measure their progress.

Drenched uses the principal of HIIT Training combined with Circuit Training and Muscle Confusion to promote muscle recruitment while also burning fat at a higher rate than many other popular workout methods.
Drenched workouts are created to span the entire spectrum of movement and range from everyday pushing and pulling to dynamic multi-plane lifts and exercises. Drenched specialty classes focus on specific fitness techniques including kettlebells, boxing and shadowboxing, core strength and bodyweight.
The types of movements in the Drenched method are self-limiting which encourages participants to work at their maximum level and push past their perceived limits in a safe and efficient way. Your trainer will assist each participant in maximizing the benefits of the movement throughout the Drenched workout. The participant can also modify each station’s movement based on their strength and ability level, creating a customized approach to each workout.
