Small group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds.

Many clients do both — pursue one-on-one training so they can work on their individual concerns relating specifically to their bodies, and at the same time enjoy the experience of small group training.

  • One-on-one training focuses on educating clients about their bodies and how to keep them fit.  It focuses on an individual's current fitness level, injuries, and goals.   
  • Small group training is where clients maintain a current level of fitness. (This is an “experience.”)

Single Small Group Training:  $20/session

Unlimited Small Group Training & Unlimited Open Gym:  $160 
$150 with AutoPay,  Requires 3 Month Minimum
