I DO NOT HAVE A MAGICAL SOLUTION TO GETTING STRONG AND FIT.  IT TAKES HARD WORK.  PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

I'm going to offer you one choice again and again:  
DO IT OR DON'T DO IT.  IT'S YOUR CHOICE...BUT MY WAY WORKS.  

My promise to you:  WE WILL LAUGH, SWEAT AND ENJOY THE JOURNEY AND I WILL WORK TIRELESSLY TO GET YOU THERE.

Personal Training is truly an investment in your health and fitness future.  You can choose to do one session to gain confidence in form, several sessions to get a good solid fitness foundation, or many sessions to truly change your body through one-one-one instruction.  Whatever your choice, it is sure to be fun, challenging and life changing!

*Sessions are valid for and expire at the end of 30 days.*

One Session:  $120

Four Sessions (1/week for 1 month):  $400

Eight Sessions (2/week for 1 month):  $760

Twelve Sessions (3/week for 1 month):  $1080

(2-3 people)

Small Group Training offers you a fun, relaxed setting to get in 60 minutes of strength and cardio training.  Enjoy the relaxed private setting of the Group Fitness studio and be pushed past your limits to be the best you possible.
